Before you can join our boxing classes, we ask all our members to take the prerequisite Boxing Foundation on Fridays at 6:00 PM. This semi-private class will give you the basic tools to understand the fundamentals of boxing: Foot work, stance and balance, basic punches. If you can't make it on Fridays, let us know and we'll make other arrangements!
Fighter's conditioning! Fast paced bodyweight exercises and punches on the heavy bag. Great class not too technical for beginner boxers.
No punching here. Dumbbells, bodyweight movements, ropes, kettlebells and much more are part of this class. A great workout for everyone, all levels are welcome.
Big sister of New School, this class includes lifts with barbells or dumbbells, bodyweight exercises and a faster paced conditioning workout at the end.
Your 2 weeks trial gives you access to the cardio kickboxing class as well! A mix of conditioning exercises and basic kickboxing drills make for a fun hour and a great workout!
